The carpet cleaning took a very short amount of time (approx 1 hr for 3 small rooms in my townhouse). The carpets looked like new after cleaning, and there was no lingering odor. I will use Zerorez again for carpet cleaning.

Your Service's and Technicians (Toby, Taylor & Angel) are FANTASTIC! In this day and age, it is almost impossible to even find mediocre Service, much less than a Company and Employees that go way out of their way to do whatever it takes to do the job right - and beyond. Their motto should be "will do whatever it takes to to do it right, and whatever makes the customer happy". I am VERY 'picky', so when I give someone this kind of 'Rating', you have to know they are GREAT!

Prompt, courteous service. Excellent job of cleaning, with soft (not crunchy!) carpet when dry. Stains did not re-appear after cleaning like they did with other carpet cleaning companies used in the past. Will definitely have you come back again!
Jesus was very nice, courteous, and hard-working. I give Jesus a "9". A "10" is perfect, and no one is perfect. Our old carpet looks much improved. We will call for service again.
