Rachid is very knowledgeable about his job. He explained different services and homemade spot removers. The carpet was a little damp , but ok to walk on right away. The enzyme spray didn't seem to do the trick, tho , as my kitten peed again in the same place.

Bert and Albert were amazing technicians. Very professional, friendly, and explained the entire process to us from start to finish. The enzyme treatment they did on our carpeted areas worked wonderfully - both the urine stains AND smells are completely gone!! Thank you, Bert and Al!
However...the customer service we experienced with zerorez was *not* my favorite. While everyone was friendly over the phone, the actual "customer service" was all over the place. We had an appointment for August 22nd initially, but on the 19th, received a phone call telling us that they had double-booked us, and would need to reschedule. This is after we had made plans for our dogs to be boarded for the day ($75) and our kids to be at a playdate so that the house would be empty. A little bit of an inconvenience, but they did offer to give us $50 off our services for the reschedule. Great. We rescheduled. On September 19th, our technician was supposed to be at the house sometime between 10-1, so we scheduled a grooming appointment for the dogs so they would be out of the house. By 12:21, no one had called to tell us they were on the way (we were told a technician would call 30 minutes before their arrival), so we called into customer service. The rep I spoke with seemed VERY confused. Finally, after a long hold time, he got back on the line and told me that I would get a call back within 15 minutes. At 12:53, no call, so I called back again. Was on hold for 5 minutes, and hung up. At 1:13, I called again - was told that the tech would be out in 20 minutes. At 1:29, Bert called and explained that he didn't know that he had been double-booked from 10-1, and that he was on his way (and would be there within 20 minutes, which did turn out to be true this time).
When we went to pay for the service, of course there was NOTHING noted on our account that we were to receive a $50 credit, so Bert had to call into customer service on our behalf (I honestly didn't have the patience or the desire to do so - again - so thank you, Bert!). They offered a $30 credit, to which I was pretty annoyed with, to be honest with you. Bert worked with us, and gave us a better deal on the 3 rooms that were treated, and also threw in ScotchGuard at no charge, along with the $30 credit. That was okay with me - and frankly is the offer that should have been presented to us by customer service for the hassle we went through with having to reschedule and then having the techs come out so late.
The tech was incredibly informative helpful and very professional. We are having him back to do more rooms next Tuesday
