Kerry, the technician, was very knowledgeable & did a great job in cleaning our 13 year old carpet. The process that was used was good because the carpet dried very quickly.

"Kurvy" (Zerorez rep) showed up on time to clean the carpet. He was neat, courteous, professional and informative, a great communicator. I was very impressed with his knowledge about the business. I asked him to describe the cleaning process and he gave me a great tutorial on the cleaning solution (products & water used) and he explained very clearly how the Zerorez process works. I had moved most of the furniture out of the way but left furniture in one bedroom and he was very conscientious about being careful around the walls and furniture that was left in place. The cleaning solution smelled like citrus, it left my house smelling fresh and clean. Kurvy did a fantastic, thorough job cleaning the carpet. I was delighted to see my carpet refreshed and clean, literally looking like new and I mean that! It looks 100 % better!
