We have used Zerorez two times in the past few months. The first time was when there was a potty training mishap and dark colored poop was smeared all over our carpet in the playroom. (Not our kid). Gunther from zerorez came out and removed all stains so you would never know anything was there. He also used a black light to make sure everything was 100% clean at the end. The second time, we requested to have Gunther clean the rest of our carpets because we had one of our elderly parents living with us, who unfortunately spilt coffee, powerades and more everywhere. There were a lot of stains, and Gunther helped remove them all! He is very friendly, professional and loves to see the stains come up from the carpet. He covered all corners to make sure his equipment didn’t rub, put down floor mats and carefully moved the equipment throughout the house. He was thorough and efficient, and I highly recommend him and zerorez for carpet cleaning.

You take care to not chip corners with the guards you use and cover hardwood floors with a cloth. Also your technician wears booties. The carpets dry quickly and don't seem to get really soaked.
