This service was to re-clean an area which was not done properly the first time on 11/19/15. I appreciate the fact that you sent our favorite service technician (Ricky) out to fix the problem of the 19th. We were not satisfied with the entire cleaning experience on the 19th, but there was one particular area which Ricky re-cleaned for us and it was great. I think if you ask Ricky he would agree that the entire house did not look bright and clean like it has in the past when Zerorez has been out. It has been agreed that the next time we have the carpets cleaned, there will be no charge for the stairs which I also appreciate. We have used Zerorez for several years and the experience on the 19th was the first that did not meet our expectations. Thank you for working with us to keep our business.
