Your product does exactly what you claim to do - cleans my carpet without leaving any residue! It's amazing the difference between Zerorez and all the other carpet cleaning companies.
Also, please note that how well the job is done, depends on the technician. We were sooooo pleased this time, even more so than the first time we had your tech to our home! Very prompt, professional, hard-working and knowledgeable individual. We have recommended him and Zerorez to everyone we know.

Clean feeling carpets when done and quit efficient on most stains. I've been very satisfied with the helpfulness and responsiveness of the techs. Management got involved with a situation regarding an area rug and handled it to the fullest.
