Our carpets were clean, with the soft carpet texture they had when they were new. There was not after smell. Thanks so much to Drew for all the help and advice he gave us and doing such a great job!

Angel called to let me know when he would be arriving. He was very polite and helpful with the service that I would be getting. He went right to work and had the job completed in about an hour. The carpet looks great! I scheduled a late appointment so the carpet would be dry by morning - and it was! I will be using Zerorez again!
