A.J. was friendly without losing time on the job, answered questions but kept working and left us with slippers to avoid soiling our carpets until they had a chance to dry some. Mainly, he seemed to like his job and be proud of his product.

After over a week the pet stains in the carpet have not reappeared as they have after previous cleanings by other methods. Also the kitchen floor grout looks tremendous.

I was blown away by how clean my carpet was afterwards. I appreciated the tech being on time (even a little early !!) Mike was polite and very professional and cleaned my carpets in short order which is great for a busy guy like myself that does not have much time.I will definitely recommend zerorez.
