I loved the helpful and upbeat service rep who showed up at my door. I had forgotten to mention the inclusion of cleaning the stairs when I first called in and he offered to clean them and give me a good deal when including them. Seemed to get the carpet clean. The technician ( Rich )worked really hard to get up some dried blood and ground in dirt at my mother's home. Came out pretty well. Couldn't get 100% of the dirt or grease out of two spots but I think he got it as good as anyone could. He really tried.

Carpet comes out beautifully clean and difficult spots also without harsh chemicals. The technicians are knowledgeable and friendly.
