I have used your carpet cleaning service twice now and must say I have been very satisfied. This time we had a bad biologic stain and even though the technician worked very hard on the spot however when the area dried completely it does have a brown halo around where the spot was. I know not all spots can be removed and the technician really did work on the spot very hard so I don't blame you I was just disappointed that the stain didn't come out. I will have no hesitation to call your company the next time we need something done. Thanks
Carpets clean up nicely .
Jesus was great. The work he performed was quick and thorough. The only issue from not giving him a 10 is that the 4' x 5' rug (and tile) in my entry way got dirty from your hoses and product. I thought it was just fluid/water but 20+ hours after you left, the rug still has some dark patches. I'll need to get out my spot cleaner and see if it takes it out.
The process of getting Jesus here would rate a "0". As previously communicated to you, you called a little after 8 telling me you were half an hour away when my appointment was for a 3 -5 arrival. The tech blamed ME and told me that I could call and reschedule. Your home office did have me scheduled for 3-5 so a), it wasn't my fault and b) even if it had been, you shouldn't blame the customer. When I called the office to see what the issue was, I almost told them to cancel. Had I known that John (the tech) called me back and left me another voicemail while I was on the phone with your office again blaming me, I would have cancelled. When I did call the office I was told "Angel" would be coming for the 3-5 arrival. Jesus was not Angel. Also, I asked the woman answering the phone for Nick who did the scheduling. I was told he was off so I asked if he had voicemail. I was told yes and then was supposedly transferred to him. I got a woman's voicemail so I hung up and called back. Someone else answered the phone - I can only assume the person who normally answers the phone saw it was me and decided to have someone else speak to the angry customer. When I told the gentleman that I was supposed to have been transferred to Nick's voicemail but got a woman instead, he told me that Nick didn't have a voicemail and that I was transferred to the supervisor (so he did that again and I left her a message). When I was originally told that Nick had voicemail, I expected that to be the case. Customer service failed once again. You really need to work on communication with customers! Your work may be good but if you fail in these other important areas, you will lose customers.
The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard. The pre-treat smells like oranges, it was wonderful.
Prompt,usually earlier than requested. Technicians have always been polite and professional. Not pushy.
You don't use chemicals and soap on the carpets. Your service men are always very courteous and professional and do a good job.
