James Chase was great!! He was very pleasant and did a good job "selling" w/o being pushy. He treated areas that I wasn't even aware my dog had peed on.
Our carpet is only 2 years old and we don't wear shoes in the house, however, our dog had marked some spots and even though you couldn't see a stain or smell urine I wanted it cleaned. Even though the carpet didn't "look" dirty - it now looks very clean, - It's brighter now - Like it was when it was new.
Unfortunately, in some areas - mostly where I didn't know urine was and hadn't cleaned it previously - I can smell the urine if I get down on the carpet. I am hoping that is because it is still damp. I don't think it is worse since I can't smell it from a distance, but still a bit disappointed. At least I can only smell it when I get down on the floor and stick my nose to the carpet. Overall, the carpet looks great and smells nice. I know the dog issue is w/any cleaning company especially in the spots I wasn't aware of and hadn't previously cleaned.

Your phone staff on the other hand (Lewis) is rude, and very disrespectful. I do not appreciate being questioned about someone I refered to your company. Nor do I appreciate having to call the person I refered and waste their time having them call you to confirm that they used your cleaning services, because you question myself and my integrity. I refered you because I like your services, but will not be doing so again as I do not appreciate anyone's time being wasted or honesty questioned. And yes, after my neighbor called, you were able to confirm my referral.
