I have always been able to make an appointment within a reasonable length of time; though your online calendar would indicate otherwise. I appreciate the following up call to my online appointment, offering an earlier date. Your service people are always eager to please. The service guys were very professional and did an excellent job. Helped to educate me on the cleaning of carpets, how often cleaning is needed and how to extend the life of a carpet. They were also very careful of our furniture and not tracking any dirt into the house.
