On time arrival, called to inform 1/2 hour prior. Courteous technician. No soap or chemicals left in carpet....no odor. Took excess liquid up well, so it dried quickly.
They seem to work pretty well and don't leave behind the soapy residue that attracts future dirt.

I like the fact the carpets have most of the water removed so that they dry faster. The carpet has a nice hand when it dries and looks brand new.
