Daniel did a wonderful job. The only disappointing factor is based on the response I received during my original call to book the appointment. I purposely mentioned that I had spilled macaroni and cheese on my carpet and was hoping it could be removed using the Zerorez method. When I mentioned the Mac & cheese stain, the response to me by the Zerorez call taker was, “I bet we can get it out”. Although that was not a “guarantee”, it was about as close as it comes to one. I know she was just trying to be encouraging…and she was very polite. but I was truly disappointed that the mac & cheese stain is still in my carpet. If a representative from Zerorez wants to call me, I am more than happy to take the call. Thank you for listening. Note: that I am not allowing my comments to be posted on your site as Zerorez has previously been able to remove all spots/stains etc.

The carpet is always gets cleaner than i expect, for how old and beat up it is. It's always dry VERY shortly thereafter. Most importantly, the techs are fantastic, and I'm never uncomfortable having them in my personal space.

I love how professional your technicians are, and the cleaning solution you use is wonderful. Other carpet cleaning services would leave chemical smells that would take awhile to dry or go away. I loved hearing that they’re safe to walk on, even for our pets, while still drying because chemicals are not being used. Ever since using zero rez my carpets have been clean, fresh smelling, and they didn’t take that long to dry. My carpet looks brand new!

For one thing, the person that cleaned it was very nice, friendly and professional. As I watched him clean, I could tell immediately it was doing a wonderful clean job of removing dirt and grime. There was a difference of night and day. I was so very happy because my carpet looked brand new after he finished shampooing it.

I own a big Rug Doctor and used to shampoo my rugs myself, but the gummy residue my shampooing left was only ATTRACTING more dirt. The reason I chose Zerorez was they claimed there would be no sticky residue left on the carpet. This is why I chose them to clean my carpet.

I have told both of my daughters how happy I am with the cleaning Zerorez did on my carpet. I think they are going to contact this company and make an appointment to get their carpets cleaned. They also were impressed with the low price I paid for the cleaning job.

I had purchased used upholstered dining chairs that had quite a few stains removed. The tech who serviced our chairs was prompt, friendly and efficient. Our chairs look brand new and we couldn't be happier!
