I have been very satisfied with your service. I have only used Zerrez twice but times my carpets have looked very clean. Both of the gentleman that came to clean were prompt, kind and friendly. I like that you only use water and not chemicals on my carpets. I didn’t like that you gave me a 4 hour window that you were supposed to come to my house. When the time window was over, I had to call to see when the technician might show up. It would have been nice to get a call saying they were running late, so I could get some errands done, instead of just staying home waiting
