I had well made, well used carpet in a condo I was about to move into. Here was my chance to try Zerorez or replace the carpet. I was, I am, astonished by the result! It looks, feels, and smells like nothing has ever slept on it, spilled on it, or peed on it. The carpet is ten years old! Mind blown. For the price, I might make it an annual thing.

I'd used my previous carpet cleaners for over 40 years, so it was challenging for me to find a new service provider after having been extremely satisfied with their service until they retired!! I did some research online and decided to try Zerorez. I'm glad I did! The tech actually came early (after a confirming phone call to determine if we were ready), and was extremely professional and focused on doing exactly what I asked. Dan was also friendly as he introduced himself with a firm handshake. I especially liked how dry (obviously still damp, but not at all wet or squishy) the carpet was after the cleaning, as all the water was sucked into the company van. The following day, after everything was completely dry, the carpet looked great! I will definitely use Zeroez again.
