Dan was here on time. He was very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning and very professional. He went to work and finished the job quickly. There were a couple of stains that were not removed and he suggested a way to fix this problem. I have used Zerorez before and I will use them again.

Prior to cleaning the carpet one of the rooms had excess carpet that created a wrinkle and needed to be adjusted/trimmed. Ryan also referred me to a company that was able assist.
Definitely a 10 out of 10.
