Caesar was wonderful. He was polite, on time, and cleaned my father-in-laws horribly spotted carpet and made it look brand new! I have already recommended him to others and will be a return customer. Thank you !
Not sure if you changed your process. in the past my carpet and house smelled fresh. This time by house smelled like wet carpet. Had to get my air purifier out to mask the smell.
I don’t feel my carpet is as clean as it should or could be.

Wrong quote - Over charges
Excellent service
Pablo was here Wednesday morning (the 12th) between 9:40 - 10:20. He did a super job cleaning the carpets and getting out a tough stain, very grateful.
However, our concern this morning (the 14th) a full 2 days-over 48 hrs later-there were various places that were still
damp, and felt kinda sticky to the touch, or when barefoot!
We did pull out a box fan early this afternoon to help with the drying.

The tech rushed though my cleaning he was done within 15 minutes. He had on the same shoe covers from the last job. A spot he said he treated but couldn’t get up. I got it lighter with dish washing liquid. He just rushed my job so he didn’t clean it good. He didn’t clean under my table only around it. He only got up the spot I pointed out. There were spots he could’ve gotten out of he would taken his time. I don’t understand what the rush was.
This last tech was our absolute favorite . I would be so happy if it was only him coming to our home going forward. Left everything so clean and was very thorough.
You don't use harsh chemicals and are pet friendly. Your personnel are also very friendly and interested in satisfying your needs.
The products used were very effectively and removed stains from the carpet.

Great service! I had a time constraint and my technician arrived early to accomodate my schedule. He did an excellent job on both carpets and furniture, was polite and friendly, and was very efficient.

They got my old carpet clean. That carpet has been in that house since the mid 80s, so I was quite pleased with the outcome. They also communicated thoroughly throughout the process.
Late arrival and poor service. My window was between 8-10, but tech didn’t show up until 12:15. No explanation or apology. Once arrived he convinced me to add the pet treatment but I’m pretty sure it wasn’t applied. He hurried through the job spending approximately 5-10 minutes per room. (3 rooms) That’s after he said the pet treatment had to sit 10 minutes before the cleaning. He was packed up and gone by 12:45. I’ve used you in the past and you were always on time, and did a good job. Not sure what happened this time, but very disappointed.
