This is the first time I used Zerorez and I was a little wreary about my carpets being cleaned using no chemicals. But they came out almost new. Even some of the stains I tried to have removed in the past came up. The tech who came out was a few hours late, because they were behind. However, I am really happy with the job zerorez did on my carpet and will most definetly use zerorez again. THANK YOU!!!!

Implement a Better system to estimate cost of floor cleaning. Maybe certain questions ca be asked during the initial phone call by the Zero Rez representative to help the customer determine the type of floor they would like to be cleaned so the Zero Rez representative can give them an estimate of the sq. footage charge based on the type of floor ( ie., hardwoods, ceramic tile, travertine etc).
Robert was the big win for me. He was knowledge and spent a good deal of time explaining the product and provided demonstrations of the different services. The same day of my service I recommended you to my neighbor

there was much urine staining and smell. I understood from the technician that he could get the smell out with the patented enzyme that you use and that the fibers would clean up nicely. When he left, the carpet looked clean and the smell was gone. Several days passed and the smell returned as well as the carpet areas turned grey. Another tech did come out free of charge and re-did the process. The smell is gone, but the grey discoloration re-appeared. We spend over $800 for the process. While the techs were great, I believe that it could have been stated more clearly that there was a high probability that the carpet would stain with the process. At the end of both processes, the carpet looked great, but as soon as it dried, it was discolored.
Communicate with customers on time. Answer your phones at the office level!
It cleaned my carpet very well without using so much chemicals.
