The employees were very professional and personable. They were respectful of our house, kids, and dogs. They did a sample, invited me to check the work, before continuing the job.
However, the phone contact for setting up the service seemed to be reading everything, and couldn't tell me in her own words HOW my carpets were going to be cleaned. As the first point of contact, these people should be trained up, in my opinion.
My service rep that did the work was wonderful and very courteous. He was very knowledgeable and kept me informed of what he was doing. I am very happy with the service.

I was very pleased with the service I received. It started on time and with attention to detail. I will be using Zerorez again.
The carpets were very clean, and they were dirty to begin

You would have to be the last carpet cleaners left in the world for me to refer you to anyone I know. When the cleaners got here everything changed, the agreement I had received over the phone was no longer good, they tried to upsell me. I would never recommend you to anyone. One recommendation to you "GET OUT OF THE CARPET CLEANING BUSINESS BECAUSE YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO MAKE PEOPLE SATISFIED AND YOU ARE NOT TRUE TO YOUR WORD."

Got out all the dog stains that Dalworth barely tried to tackle 6 months earlier. The stains were at least 6 months old and there is not a single trace of them today.

FRIENDLY AND THEY GOT OUT A SPOT NOBODY DID BEFORE :)
There was a problem with getting the guy there from 8 to 10. Apparently he was sent to the wrong address. Then someone could come 1 to 3. We asked as close to 1 as possible and it was almost 2. Then we were having cleaning and appliance delivery. Everything just stacked up. The guy that cleaned did well and was very nice.
Carpet looks great. The key is to see if it lasts. but what a wonderful job.
With the situation I experienced the day before my appointment, I was very disappointed with how expensive it was, and that I was not even offered some type of discount. Also, the neighbor I had relied on to let the technician into the unit, was unavailable, and I had to dash home to let him in (which was very inconvenient for me, due to the fact, that I had a crazy busy day at work.
The technician Ricardo did a great job, but it was way more expensive than I intended to pay.
Our technician was fantastic. Incredibly friendly, service oriented, and polite. He was running behind from the previous job but got right to work to make up the time and didn't scrimp on quality or thoroughness of service. Very respectful of our property and belongings and did a fantastic job!
The tech rep, Chris Rivas, did a great job explaining the service and my old carpet looks good.
The technician was great, he even got out a stain in my bathroom that has been there for about 15 years. I was surprised that a new stain popped up overnight after the cleaning in my living room but I was able to clean it enough. I had one major stain to get up, unfortunately it didn't clean well but the carpet is old. Next time I want to try the tile cleaning. We got to talking as he was done and I forgot about the free 10x10 cleaning I was going to get. Overall, great service however!!!
