I feel like there are several spots in my carpet that could have used a little extra care! I know my carpets are bad but there were some spots that I feel like he could have gotten out better!!! I feel like since it was the end of the day he did a rush job!

Service is very efficient and polite. Everything is explained before the work is done along with the cost. There are no surprises. Products are great and my carpets look new. No stains. This is the 2nd time I have used Zerorez and I am pleased again with the results. Had upholstered chairs cleaned this time too. Did a great job.

Price for a small three rooms $1500? Ridiculous. Gouging is what comes to mind. Service person used broken English and looked down I stead of into my eyes. I would like to speak with a supervisor. My number is 817_726_8855.

They deliver as advertised. Carpet looks great, we are very pleased. Our service tech was as nice as they come, explaining every step he was doing and making sure we were absolutely satisfied before he left. We even invited him and his family back to our house at a later time for dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will have zerorez back in the fall for a holiday cleaning.
