The technician was 2 1/2 hours starting. The kitchen tile was not cleaned well. One of the two spots I pointed out in a bedroom upstairs didn't get cleaned.

The last 2 times you cleaned the carpet it was wet for almost 10 hours and I would likely not use you again if we had the same issue. Your tech took extra care to assure the carpet would dry timely. No chemicals were used. Sucked up all of the soap cleaner that I tried to use to clean my carpets.
Hector, our serviceman, was very thorough in letting us know the procedure and product he would be using to clean our carpets. He was very careful to protect our hardwoods and corners that the cord to the cleaning machine had to go around. This is the second time we have used them and we would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to family and friends.
