The guys that came out were great but they were an hour late getting their. Your dispatcher was suppose to have called but never did.

I did leave the kitchen closet open (and had it totally cleaned out) and the guest bedroom closet open but they were not cleaned

Good service and quality of work
Not only was the technician who came out VERY knowledgable about the equipment used to clean our house, he also made us feel very comfortable about the products used. He took the time to talk to us about several different options that would all greatly improve the condition of our carpet, but at no point did we feel pressured to purchase more or upgrade the products. I just can't say enough positive things about our technician and our home looks great and smells great! Thank you!

I thought the technician Ricardo was very thorough and professional. He explained everything and was very diligent.
We were told 100 square feet of free tile cleaning. Rep could not take the stains out from the bathroom and did not clean 100 square feet saying bathroom is more expensive so tried to remove stain in just that 1 square feet area.
There were some stains on the stairs that did clean and the rep said it is $30 more to get them all out.
I told him to put thermocol under the table and side tables but he did not do it.
I was not satisfied with the quality and attitude.
If there were hidden charges client should be told in advance so no surprises come.

60.00 a room for pretreatment is a little steep
We asked for a small ottoman to be cleaned and the price quoted was outrageous. The tech said $60 and for that amount we could have bought a new one.
Stain treatment that only covers a small area at 75 is high. I would expect greater than 12x12 for $75.
The Technician was very polite and was able to assess what I needed and did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. I was quick and the results were very good
Rug is very common thing almost every home has but I found out that you guys don’t clean rugs at homes and you have to take it somewhere and takes two weeks and $500

The tech was quick, explained the process and protected my newly painted walls by putting corner guards where the hoses might rub. He also came back in with the ceramic tile cleaner, since I didn't get a chance to pull back a rug and he was supposed to leave that area until last. No problem since he did accommodate my request. Everything smelled fresh and looks clean. The spots came out of my carpet in the one area i was concerned about. I will use them again!
We thought zerorez did a great job addressing areas that needed extra cleaning. It was also nice to have the carpets completely dry by the end of the day, and no chemical/cleaner smell left in the air.
This company is very responsive to my needs. They sent over a super nice guy, Jamal, and he spent a couple of hours at my house cleaning the carpets and tile as well. Jamal took extra time to remove a few pet stains and really took his time at my house. Great experience and great customer service. Thanks! Keith Douglas in Irving, Texas
