Unfortunately, I believed the advertisements I have been hearing on the radio for years. I listen to KLUV and I have heard Jody Dean talk about how Zerorez can make carpets look like new and Zerorez can get stains out that others can't.
My technician was very professional and very nice. However, he was only here for about 1.25 hours. Much of that time was assessing and letting me know what other services Zerorez offers. I was not totally happy when he left but I thought maybe I would be happier when the carpet dried and after I vacuumed. After drying, the high traffic areas still appear to be darker than lighter traffic areas and there are a few stains he was not able to get out. While, I understand our carpet is older and should be replaced. I was hoping having the carpet cleaned by professionals might delay the need to replace by possibly 1 more year. I can't help but wonder if the technician had spent more time on the carpet and less time trying to sell more services would we have had a better experience.
We like the natural way your system cleans carpets and tile. This is our 3rd time to use you and won't use anyone else!

We were pleased with the service the second time around. We just would have liked to have gotten that same service on the 1st visit to prevent more time away from work to open the house for the service. I also would like to know if I was charged correctly when told that the stairs would be considered as 2 rooms.

The tech said it would be $60 for a topical cleaner. After he finished he said it was $60 a room and added 130 to the bill!

The technician was great!!! Very kind, pleasant, and caring. There were a few spots that may have needed extra cleaning technique, very few. The fact that age of carpet comes into play may have been why he did not suggest though.
He did all in a timely and neat manner and I appreciated the offer on Fiber Protectant which was easier to decide on because all rooms were included for $60.00 rather than $30.00 per room...
I guess the one thing that I would question would be the cleaning being done with only water??? All was dry though within the four hour time frame, which worked well for us since two of us left for the afternoon & my husband could stay in one of the rooms we did not have cleaned.
