Isaiah and Ryan were very efficient and my carpet has never looked better. I am thinking it might also be because of the added procedure of using a brush machine which was not used previously. I hope they clean the brushes by rinsing with water after customers so that accumulation of dirt is not carried from one customer to the other.

Ryan did a great job explaining my services, how they would be conducted, and how what was needed. He was very personable, kind, and patient with all my questions. Keep this guy around! We always wanted our rug cleaned through the pick-up method where it is completely cleaned, but this wasn't originally an option when we attempted to book, or when we called the service line before the appointment. Ryan helped set us up with this cleaning when he arrived and took our rug so we didn't need to schedule a pickup.

Quality cleaning that makes a visible difference

I have used the services of Zerorez many times now. The last visit on Fri., Oct. 1st was one of the best. Scott, the technician, was very, very good and shampooed our rugs with diligence. One of the bedrooms needed a lot of help and he put special attention to the detail it required. Thank you Scott, I was so happy when I returned home from work to see this spotless carpet; I know it was a difficult job.

My service provider, Scott called about 45 minutes before my appt time to let me know when he would arrive and he was right on time. Very friendly with a positive attitude. He discussed what he was going to do to ensure my expectations were met. He did the job thoroughly and in a timely manner. Very please with his service. When initially booking this service they provided me a window of time that the service provider could arrive which was between 8 am to 10 am. I was more than please when he called to let me know instead of leaving be hanging. I highly recommend Scott.
