Great, fast and courteous 🙂only one thing, we just got new couches, asked him to put blocks under each leg, they did except for the one couch closest to the fireplace, hope wooden block legs will be ok if they got wet...other than that, carpet looks great as always when I use Zerorez 👍🥳

Zerorez techs Isiah and Don did a great job on my carpets that hadn’t been cleaned since before the pandemic shut down in March 2020. The carpets came out beautiful and even the stubborn stains were gone! Thank you Zerorez!

They cleaned so well we could not find the dents were the furniture was before. The carpets looked new to us.

Isaiah and Ryan were very efficient and my carpet has never looked better. I am thinking it might also be because of the added procedure of using a brush machine which was not used previously. I hope they clean the brushes by rinsing with water after customers so that accumulation of dirt is not carried from one customer to the other.

Technician was outstanding

Ryan did a great job explaining my services, how they would be conducted, and how what was needed. He was very personable, kind, and patient with all my questions. Keep this guy around! We always wanted our rug cleaned through the pick-up method where it is completely cleaned, but this wasn't originally an option when we attempted to book, or when we called the service line before the appointment. Ryan helped set us up with this cleaning when he arrived and took our rug so we didn't need to schedule a pickup.
