The website was easy to access and understand. I talked with a person to make the appointment and she was delightful. I received a "first time user" 30% discount which was lovely! Andreas phoned to say he was on his way and would be at the house at 8:20 a.m. and he was. Andreas was very knowledgable and professional. Our 25 year old carpets look great! The cleaning was done by 9:45 a.m. and the carpets were dry enough to put furniture back about 4:45 p.m. even though it was a cool, cloudy day.

The technician, Takota, was on time and did a good job of cleaning the carpets. The only problem was that the carpet was very wet at the entrances to each room. I had to blot the water out with towels.
