I have used Zerorez several times and I am always happy with the results. My carpet looks really clean and I like the fact that they use a pretreatment on it first. They are in and out in an hour or less and my carpet was fairly dry by the time I went to bed. I will continue to use them in the future.

We wanted to get our sectional cleaned with Zerorez after it was soiled while we were relocating. Scheduled an appointment with Zerorez- that was super easy.
The representative showed up on time and gave us an estimate before starting the work. It was higher than the initial quote but we were happy that they clarified that upfront with us.
He worked efficiently and got most of the dirt out. Our sectional now looks sparkly and brand new. I would highly recommended them.
