very professional, great job

Sergio was very thorough and took his time cleaning my bathroom tile and very dirty carpet. My carpet is so clean, my tile is sparkling! I am incredibly happy with Sergio and Zerorez! I would like to have my carpet cleaned once a month, or at least once every season! Amazing!

Technician was polite and courteous and understood where our soiled carpet problem areas were and did a great job in cleaning the carpet. Also he explained to our satisfaction the challenge with getting some of the areas back to perfect.

Unfortunately, our carpets are thick, and they were still very wet when the appointment ended. We had to turn fans on for three-four days straight after the appointment, but we only have two fans for three rooms & a staircase. Because of the degree of wetness of the carpet after the cleaning was done, we saw a lot of uneven wicking of stains to the top of the carpet that make our carpet look unevenly clean.

EVERYTHING!! I was a dedicated customer for 30 years in Atlanta, GA and thought I would have to find another company when we relocated to the Bay Area. Nope - a quick computer search, a fast on-line appt. schedule and Zerorez just finished my carpet cleaning. The tech was not only competent but pleasant and professional, as well. I just do not think you can go wrong when you use Zerorez and I would recommend it to anyone.

I am pleased with the carpet cleaning service I received. I am particularly impressed with the young man who did the cleaning and picked up my area rugs for cleaning in the Zerorez plant. I am eager to get those rugs back to see the results. He was knowledgeable, considerate, very competent, with great customer service skills and answered and responded to any questions or concerns I had.

Zerorez has really uped their game and services over the years.

The method used. Very through and meticulous. Stays clean longer.

Santos was very professional and tried to remove as much dirt from the carpet as he could.

I did feel that he might have spent more time working on the spots that remained after he completed the process. The area rug by the front door was badly soiled and a repeat application of the solution and raking in the small area that was dirty might well have removed the stain completely.

In another area, Santos willingly tried to remove the coffee stains but the spots did not fully come out. He took the time to go to his truck to pick-up a cleaner and tried his best to rub-out the stain but the spots were still noticeable.

When I called your office shortly after the cleaning was done, I spoke to a woman who was very polite and understanding of my situation. She was not hesitant to set up an appointment for Santos to come back and try again to work on the coffee stains. I was very impressed with the kindness of your employees.

On Time, neat, thorough and a very clean carpet with n residue

It was my n-th time to have Zerorez take care of my carpet. This time I also asked them to clean two of my cat trees, and the cat trees turned out like new! The few recent times it was Scott who took care of my home. Scott is always very diligent, careful not to damage anything or walk indoors with dirty paws (he puts plastic bags on his shoes), and overall a very caring individual, making sure he does a superb job. Scott is the best!!! And I hope he comes next time, too.
