He recommended an additional service to the cleaning - something that would protect my carpet and make it easier for me to clean any future spills. I had him include that service. My carpet looks great!

I like the customer service provided by your associates. They are always polite and professional. My rugs are clean and smell fresh after cleaning with no residue. My tile and grout look new. I have only used ZEROREZ for my carpet, floor and furniture cleaning for the last 5 years.

I have hired this company repeatedly for carpet cleaning. I always have a good experience in doing so. The men who come out do a great job and are always conscientious & very pleasant to have on my property. I highly recommend Zerorez to anyone who is looking for these types of services. What I liked most about my recent service was Ryan. His customer service approach was outstanding. I give him the 10, in terms of rating. He was late, and took full responsibility for the delay.
What I didn't like was the phone contact. That woman could use a lesson from Ryan on customer service. Ryan had not arrived, and it was 30 minutes after his expected arrival. All the woman on the phone could offer, when I called about the delay, was:
"Yes, you are our first appointment in the 8:00-11:00 service slot, but that does not mean you should expect him at 8:00. We can't control traffic."
"The only way I can make contact with your cleaning contact is by text, and he is probably driving, so I can't say when he will be there".
When I asked if he could be reached by phone, she made clear that only a manager can call the cleaning contact. I told her I would really like to know when to expect him, and had to ASK HER to have a manager make contact. She offered nothing.
She was not interested in me as a customer at all. If not for Ryan following up with great customer service, I would have discontinued using Zerorez.
