I never had my rug cleaned, and I always was thinking about it. What tip the scale for me is that first you use non-chemical to clean the rugs and second a neighbor of mine used you and said that you did a great job.
The technician was so helpful.
The fellow who cleaned our carpet tried his best to get rid of the blood stains -he almost got rid of them but I feel he needs to return to try some of the spots again. Everyone was very according and I appreciated that. Hope to see him soon to try again.
