Carpet is still wet but I'm beginning to see spots that weren't there before. Maybe it's due to wetness.
Previous to my appt. date I received 2 emails and a phone call telling me my window was between 11:30 AM to 4PM. The technician showed up at my door at 9:30 AM. I was embarrassed as I was washing my hair and half dressed. He told me they don't do that anymore and I was down for anytime. It was nice to have it done early though and Justin was quite nice.
Another point, I've had this work done in the past by you and the carpets dried in a few hours. This time after 24 hours, they were slightly damp in spots. Everything looks OK now. If there's a problem I'll call.

The gentleman (name escapes me) was kind, hardworking, polite, honest, thoughtful, & explained the entire process. This is our second time with you & everything is great. Time will tell if resin was left behind but, for now we’re satisfied.

What I really liked was being able to walk on the carpets within hours of cleaning. That was NOT the case this time. The carpets were very wet this AM and now are still damp. What changed from the times I have had you before?
