Technician was friendly, communicated, well, was helpful, and on time. He did a good job.

My only negative is the pricing. Everyone needs the stain service because everyone has stains in his/her carpet or why would they call you -- you should be upfront about this need because it feels like a bogus upsell when you the service member suggests it.
