I've used Zerorez for years. I have always been impressed with the service I have received. Service Cleaners always arrive on time, they are polite, friendly and professional. Care is given to your house with the use of protectors for corners. When they leave, the only thing that is left is wet carpets. The rest of your house is left in the same shape as when the service was begun.

I must say when I began using Zerorez years ago, the service cost MUCH less. Prices now are as high as other cleaning companies.

ZeroRez is very organized. I received quick and timely feedback from their office crew. It's wonderful to actually speak with someone! The website was fairly easy to use as well.

Jason and the new hire Jason were super polite and efficient. They explained what they would be doing and how long it would take. I appreciate the online sign up for our cleaning, as well as the notification as to when they would arrive.

They cleaned my carpets really good. They should remove the vent covers before cleaning the vents. Some of the vent covers were very dirty and visible after they cleaned them. I will not have them clean my air ducts again. They do come out after to try and correct the problem.

The party that did the work/cleaning did a spectacular job. He was courteous. He worked fast, incredibly hard and exceeded my expectations on the end result. You're fortunate to have such a great employee. I deal with many service companies and subcontractors and overstep of this job was well executed.
