What I liked most about my recent service was Ryan. His customer service approach was outstanding. I give him the 10, in terms of rating. He was late, and took full responsibility for the delay.

What I didn't like was the phone contact. That woman could use a lesson from Ryan on customer service. Ryan had not arrived, and it was 30 minutes after his expected arrival. All the woman on the phone could offer, when I called about the delay, was:
"Yes, you are our first appointment in the 8:00-11:00 service slot, but that does not mean you should expect him at 8:00. We can't control traffic."
"The only way I can make contact with your cleaning contact is by text, and he is probably driving, so I can't say when he will be there".
When I asked if he could be reached by phone, she made clear that only a manager can call the cleaning contact. I told her I would really like to know when to expect him, and had to ASK HER to have a manager make contact. She offered nothing.
She was not interested in me as a customer at all. If not for Ryan following up with great customer service, I would have discontinued using Zerorez.

WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, AND VERY KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT YOUR OTHER SERVICES AND PRODUCTS. I bought a bottle of your spot cleaner. He recommended an additional service to the cleaning - something that would protect my carpet and make it easier for me to clean any future spills. I had him include that service. My carpet looks great!
