The staff were early, worked hard, the carpets and upholstery were and did not leave any mess. After it was thoroughly dry, I called to say there were a couple stains that were masked by the dampness and there was no problem in having it taken care of in a couple of days.

Your technicians were professional. They explained the procedure and proceeded in getting the task completed. We have an area runner in the hallway which needed extra effort to remove the adhesive and they spent the time to eliminate most of it (there still is some adhesive which is sticky).

Clean up and suggestions on when to return furniture to carpet were helpful.

I have had my carpets cleaned with you for years and was very satisfied however, the last time I spend over $900 and the job was not very good. Splotchy and just not clean. I had two stains that the tech said would not come up. I used the powder that I bought from Zerorez and they started to come up so I called and they came back out and re-did the rooms that did not get clean and the stains came out. First time that I have not been satisfied so I am sure it was a glitch just that day

I was recommended to your company by a friend. We have had carpet cleaning done before but never our tile and grout. Thought I would give it a try since the tile had only been cleaned by me in the 10 years we have had it. I have to say he did a terrific job leaving the floor looking like new. He was a very pleasant young man and appeared to care about the results of his work. A bit pricey though. Not something I could do on a regular basis.

You are on time and call ahead if there is any slight delay. And, I especially love the fact that you don't use chemicals in your cleaning product. I've been using you for about 7 years now and you always do a great great job! Thank you very much!

Love the water only--no residue left in carpets yet gets out the stains. Dries much faster than other steam cleaning we've tried. Service people very professional.
