The people were very straight forward and friendly. They got right to work and finished on time. I was a little surprised that the rug and furniture were as damp as they were. I'm not objecting, but I think it would be good to know to expect that. I certainly will have them come to do my other carpets.

First time a carpet cleaning compaany removed all stains!!!!!!!! Arrived at house EARLIER than time planned -- most other carpet cleaning companies (as in most service companies) arrived at end of time range given. Courteous and took pride in work!

Everything...my carpet looks new again. I was very impressed with Troy. He was friendly, knowledgable, and did not deliver a high pressure sales speech.. I was so delighted that I inquired about my kitchen floor. He quickly gave me an estimate to clean and seal my tile. The bit was a bit higher than another I received but I don't mind paying the extra if I know the outcome will be better. I will make an appointment for that job soon and of course, request Troy.

Even though the appointment time was 3-5 pm and the two guys did not arrive until 5:15 pm, they were still very conscientious about doing a good job and did not rush (which was what I was worried would happen.) They answered all of my questions and I felt the outcome was excellent.

Technician Larry was very pleasant and professional. I do have to say when a customer sets up a special arrival time that you stick to it. Larry was suppose to be at my house by 8:15. He was never informed of this by his supervisor. He arrived at 9:oo. So when the customer speaks to person on the phone they need to communicate specific time with supervisor.

Professional office staff. The day of service they arrived promptly and very quickly went to work. The carpet is unbelievably clean (especially since it is not a great grade of carpet, white and 15 years old). My couch looks amazing - second only to my very clean tile and grout which looks like it did the day it was completed about 10 years ago.

I have been using Zerorez for probably 8-10 years and I believe their service has only improved. I never had a complaint about the actual cleaning but now the customer service and the new computer system which e-mails the itemized bill to you is even more efficient.

I like the green concept. There are no strong odors. My carpets are completely clean. The last few years you have been servicing my carpets and rugs, and I am very pleased that the stains do not return. I am pretty much able to wait a year until I clean them again. Thank you very much.

There is no soap or chemical residue and the Zerorez system gets our carpets cleaner.

I have never used a carpet cleaning service before and have nothing to compare Zerorez to. I can, however, say that I am very pleased with the outcome. The workers were very friendly efficient and timely.

You were able to get the stains removed that were there for too long,other services weren't able to remove.

The carpet cleaning started on time, the workers were pleasant and courteous, and they did a fantastic job! I also liked care they took with my furniture and the way they protected my wall corners from damage. The cleaning solution was fresh smelling and my carpets and upholstery were not overly wet when they finished. My home looks and smells fabulous.

Spots that I have had for years came out! Others have attempted but to no avail! I love that it dries fast and is not crunchy afterwards. No bad smells after either!
