The carpets took a little longer to dry than they said, but that was okay. We made sure not to walk on them for 24 hours.

We like the fact that the products do not contain harmful chemicals or leave a sticky residue. They are more environmentally-safe and animal-friendly. The service personnel were excellent. They explained the process and worked hard for a four hour period. The carpets looked wonderful!!

I am a big fan of the "zero rez" concept. And I was amazed at the end result. I had a short sale listing that had been vacant for 14 months and the carpets were filthy. You guys came in and a couple of hours later those carpets looked almost new. Great product, great service. I will use you again in a heart beat.

I was surprised at how well the carpet looked. With two young children there were a variety of "mystery" stains that were removed and DID NOT reappear. The technician was knowledgeable and skilled. I will use Zerorez again and highly recommend their services.
