I like the fact that we're not putting more dirt attracting soaps and chemicals into the carpets.

You did an amazing job EXCEPT it seems no one has told your guys to clean behind an open door...both times I have used you they didn't close the door to the room to clean back there....I have grey triangles visible whenever I close my bedroom door....not good.
Otherwise., I give you guys five stars.

The Technician, Mike, was very courteous. When he arrived he introduced himself and explained the process. He listed to my description of the dirt on the carpet and answered my questions. When he completed the cleaning, I was amazed the area carpet looked so clean. Even my husband was amazed at how clean the carpet is! We will definitely recommend Zerorez.

As usual, the work and the operator were excellent. This is my third experience.

I would like to make one comment.
I inspected the carpet after the job was done and all looked very good, but the carpet was still wet.

After it was completely dry, I noticed a spot right in the middle of the living room.

I do not expect a trip a special trip by your expert, but should you have a job in my neighborhood, I would appreciate an inspection.

I thought the price was a little high.

Zerorez removed all but three stains. Horrible stains on a 15 year old carpet. A 15 year old WHITE carpet. Three trashed bedrooms, two disgusting bathrooms and a flight of stairs. My only complaint is that I didn't take before & after photos because words can not describe the result. Great service, terrific value, thanks Ed, Thanks Larry!

Very clean, fresh carpet. Workers are quick but thorough. My quoted price was $30.00 less than the final price. I was disappointed with that!
