That fact that I got a call before they came, they were on time, they were polite and did a couple of extra things to protect my hardwood floors. Tony was polite and knowledgable about other questions I had. The carpets looks great and dried fairly quickly.. within 24 hours.
The guys--Larry and David--were professional, responsive, careful,and thorough. They were in and out in no time, but so were all the spots and grime on the carpet.
