First of all, I love the guys who came here. They worked hard and did everything they could to make sure my 89 year-old mother was not inconvenienced. Also, they did an awesome job! They communicated with me about everything they did and they even took the time to clean my vents even though I hadn't ordered it in advance. Plus, the carpets are clean! I have had 2 other companies in here to clean them. The carpets looked good the first day but all the stains were back by the second day. It has been over 2 weeks now & still no stains have reappeared. Thank you so much. I have already referred you to a friend. This is the best & most environmentally-friendly method and it works!

First of all my capeting looks like it is brand new after Zerorez has cleaned it. It has a fresh, clean smell to it. The best thing is that the carpeting drys faster than any other cleaning services I have used. That is why I have called Zerorez for the past five years.

Careful, competent cleaners. They were careful with my home, cleaned well and thoroughly and were well-groomed and knoweldgeable technicians. They worked quickly, but didn't rush through each room or piece of upholstered furniture.

Prompt, there on time, and do an excellant job. One suggestion,though, the person answering the phone and giving you the estimate must do a better job. My cost went from $ 291.00 to over $600.00. Quite a shock.
