The service that my famIly and I received at the time of our cleaning was exceptional. The service technicians that performed the work were on time, courteous, and very professional in their duties. They took the extra time to install corner guards when running their hose lines and ensuring the best possible treatment for stain removal. The representives have always been very respectful and courteous. The zerorez cleaning solution that I use for sptting in between cleaning is works very well. I like the fact that they take the dirty water with them! Also I am really happy that they rake the carpet after cleaning.

The two men who came to do our job were hard workers and kept at it until the carpet was cleaned. When a cat stain didn't come out, another deeper clean was suggested. They were courteous and even gave me some booties to wear so I wouldn't track in anything as the carpet was drying.

Troy and his partner did a wonderful job of cleaning a carpet that had not been cleaned for three years! I especially appreciate that there were no puddles left behind - only a slightly damp carpet that was dry by the next day. The tile floor also looks lovely. My observation was that in cleaning the tile, water went under the doors that were closed to adjacent rooms. This was no problem for me because the floors in those rooms are tile. They were slippery. It might by a problem for those with hardwood. Just a suggestion to be aware of that. I will definitely have Zerorez out again - and sooner than three years!

Paul was very competent and friendly. He did a great job of keeping me informed of when he would arrive and did a fabulous job! Our carpets look beautiful and brand new.
