ZeroRez is an amazing company. We used them recently to clean the common area carpets in our 4 floor building. The carpet is 20 years old with some deeply set in stains. Other companies could never remove the stain completely, however Zerorez came in and said "no problem"!!

We've had our carpets cleaned several times by Zero-Rez and have always been pleased with the results. The products used are highly effective, and it's comforting to know that they are non-toxic and will not harm us or our pet bunny.

Carpet really came clean, great job on the stains. I like that only water is used. Wish the pricing was a little more standardized.

I had the carpet cleaned before I had a Pot Luck for 50 fellow community band members following the Memorial Day parade which ends a few blocks from my house. 24 year old carpet looks great and feels soft. I like that it is not sopping wet after the service and drys quickly.

Removed the urine stains from our young dog. Odors almost all gone. Our service provider was top notch and very responsive. Timely response and worked extremely hard. The overall product and service leaves previous providers like Stanley Steamer in the proverbial dust.

The representative called when he was on the way to our home. He was on time, professional and explained cleaning of an older carpet will remove the dirt and spots but not the wear patterns. He treated the spots and the cleaning exceeded my expectations.
