Great job getting dog stain out of rug but the one 5' X 8' has dried so that one whole side looks much darker than the other and it was not that way before and seems not to be the area effected by the pet stain, I tried vacuming to change the nap butit has a very defined line of light and dark, can it be re-done?

Service was excellent. Communication prior to appointment to arrival time. Prompt, efficient and so far I'm very pleased with the cleaning.

Carpet was not too wet and very little smell.

Very professional and courteous. Arrived within 20 minutes of the specified time frame, which i greatly appreciated since I was able to start on weekend errands earlier than I expected. Completed job within specified time frame, too. Very much appreciate ability to use credit card for payment & receipt via email.
