I really like feel of the freshly cleaned carpet, it is, as advertised, fluffy and nice to the touch, bright colored, and even tough areas look good again. The service was excellent, Paul called 1/4 hour ahead, arrived well in the given time window, worked quickly, was friendly, and answered all my questions. The service is a bit pricey, but I think worth the money spent. I have recommended Zerorez to my family.

I like that you don't use chemicals, and I like that instead you use very hot alkalinized water. I've used you a couple of times before and I was very happy with the results!

I was very impressed with your service. Johnnie and Jesus were personable and efficient. They did a fantastic job. The look and feel of our carpets improved so much that I was amazed. The only reason I did not give a 10 was I need to assess if the stains will resurface again in a month or two like they did with our previous cleaning with another company but if they don't your company definitely deserves a 10.

I like the fact that no chemicals were used and the carpets turned out so clean. There was no residue on the rug and most importantly, no smell. I was very pleased. The technician did not mind when I asked him to go over a specific spot where my dog had frequent accidents. He was very pleasant and professional.
