Spencer and Ray were wonderful! Spencer went through things in detail, describing the stains, such the spilled coffee stain and tanin contained in it, which can dye the rug. Also the urine spot left by a visiting dog, and how best to treat it immediately. He was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the product and its capabilities, regarding our particular carpet situation, which I appreciated. They accomplished the cleaning quickly, but thoroughly and I am very pleased with the finished product.

I think you might have very possibly gotten my carpet cleaner that Coit ever has. I say possibly, because I want to see if stains return to the same spots as they do after a Coit cleaning. Let's hope stains do not return. Overall, I am very satisfied and if everything turns out OK would consider using your company again.

Your product is wonderful and always looks great but the technician came to our house unprepared for the work I scheduled and I, therefore, had to reschedule for the requested service. I work, too, and it is difficult to schedule one not to mention two visits in one week.

I think it's great that your pre-spot stain removal works well, they listen to the cleint's concerns and needs. I really like the powder form sppot remover I use that I purchased some time ago. I like that they used plastic under the legs of the furniture. They also placed a fan and raked the carpet when done. I especially like that they take the soiled water with them. Overall Excellent.

You are the first carpet cleaner to clean any carpets that I know about that cleans such that spots do NOT come back. You are fast efficient and excellent.
Excellent deep-cleaning without chemicals & perfumes that lasts a long time. My only complaint with the 9/8/2012 visit was that I was told my appointment slot was between 2-6 PM on a Saturday. The technician called at noon and said I was the last customer! It was stressful and a hassle to try to get the whole house ready by then. 2 PM would not have been a problem, but 2 hours earlier than the appointment time was. Your office needs to coordinate better with technicians in the field and call the customer earlier if it appears the tech is way ahead of schedule.

We have used Zerorez for several years and have been extremely impressed with your work. This time the team arrived early and finished up quickly, and did an outstanding job. We have cats and dogs and Zerorez can get out the stains which I can't. And even better, the stains don't come back! YOu alos do a great job on our stairs, which get a tremendous amount of wear and tear and ground in dirt! We love how fresh and clean everything looks when you are done.
