Professional staff that knew their product! They were polite, well dressed in uniforms, and took their time to do a good job! Troy showed me how they clean tile grout by offering to do a small spot to see how well it cleaned. Amazing difference, naturally I had them cleaned my grout since they had the time. I have been recommending this company ever since to all my friends!!
That it is green, cleans the carpet better, and is safe for babies and toddlers who spend a lot of time on the floor. I also thought that the staff was well-educated about your product, on time, thorough, and friendly. I also liked that you have your own spot cleaner that we can continue to use as needed too! I do like the way my carpet felt after tney dried. I was disappointed about some of the areas were not cleared well - the master bedroom had several areas that were still dirty when they dried as well as the doorway area going into the kitchen from the dining room. All other areas were very clean and I was very pleased with the outcome.

I like the idea of not using chemicals - for my sake as well as my animals, and I like the way my carpet LOOKS ( beautiful), SMELLS (CLEAN), and FEELS (soft) after a Zeroez cleaning!
