I really like the environmentally/pet/child friendly method of cleaning. It really worked, and it dried quickly. Our technician, Spencer, was also really friendly and efficient.

Service was completed efficiently & timely. I asked for an advance call when the technition was on his way so I could secure my in door only cats. The technition did so & with plenty of time to secure my animals. Also, I like the fact that Zerorez is Eco friendly and does not leave that nasty crunchy residue some of the others do because of the harsh chemicals they use.

I think it is time, more than anything else, time to clean the carpets and also time to dry. It was easy as a breeze. I do not quite understand the technical jargon but I love saving on time. Thanks.

The tech who came out was polite and called to make sure we knew where he was and how long before he would be leaving to come our direction. It was dry in a couple of hours as it was a warm day...just makes the house feel like new! and wish we had not had to wait so long to get it done. I will only use zerorez...I shopped long and hard for the best deal on very expensive carpet with a great warranty..but to use soap on it would have just ruined the feel of it. I made that mistake in the past! I was so glad to have zerorez finally come down to our area! See you next year!

I like the fact that there is no residue. It will be interesting to compare how the carpet cleaning compares to ones we have had in the past where they use chemicals.

The services where excellent in that they were punctual, courteous, and good about explaining the options,extra services,and pricing which wasn't . I can't comment on the product used for mattress cleaning- just trusting about the green cleaning methods and healthiness. As for the tile & gout in kitchen & one bath,they looked as good as new! We were pleased with carpet results hoping that it's true that they won't attract the dirt as easily.
