Client Testimonials

Service guys were gentlemen and not arrogant and demeaning. I felt the carpets were thoroughly cleaned as they took time ( 1 1/2 hrs) as opposed to a former carpet cleaners that took 45 mins and had to be called back for brown spots.

Still haven't rec'd an statement or invoice, just would like some paperwork for my files.I was told I would get one via email. In the mean time I've rec'd this one and another one. Paid by check 4/19.

Natural products, prompt service.

clean without residue, fast drying, no chemical smell. Good technicians.

clean, dries well, stays clean longer. Very nice personnel, they were professional and very accommodating:)

First of all, I was happy I did not have to wait long for an appointment. Secondly, the service person was very professional, detailed and efficient. I appreciate the cleaning solution had no detectable odor.

I was very pleased with Dale, the owner of the company, who bailed us out after a big flood in out upstairs hall. After drying out the carpet with a large industrial fan Zerorez provided, then lifting the carpet up, removing the pad, spraying the wood with an anti-fungal/mildew preparation and two more days of drying the wood, a new carpet pad was installed and the carpet was re-installed. It looks like nothing ever happened. Then Paul and his colleague came to clean the hall, stairs, and the computer room. All services were professional, efficient and with a personalized touch. This is the best company for cleaning rugs and any rug related services.
I would not use anyone else.

My carpets have never looked this good. I will only call Zerorez from now on. Great service, delightful serviceman; Jason was on time and very professional. He took pride in his work and that is very unusual. Thank you.

Service reckon was very professional and courteous Did not push more services.

Jason was great. He was super friendly and did a great job. The carpets and loveseat look great and I won't wait so long to get it done again, since it was so affordable.

No lingering odor today and carpets look very nice. Good service.

Dale really bailed us out after a horrible flood in our bathroom and hall. His work was excellent, professional and with a smile. After days of drying the carpet, wood, removing and reinstalling a new rug pad, our hall looked like nothing had happened to it. Paul and his colleague who cleaned the rugs afterwards also did an excellent job. Our light carpets look beautiful and were dry within a couple of hours after being cleaned.

Clean, non toxic and great staff - personable, professional, efficient. We had a less than great experience with Zerorez previously but decided to try again. Glad we did and hope that we can have the same crew for our next cleaning. They were awesome and everything looks wonderful.

The cleanest my carpets have ever been, almost like new.

The technician was on time, courteous, and very intent on the job at hand. He was able to remove stains that I was certain wouldn't come out. I have already told a number of friends about the good job he did and I was also very pleased there was no odor or anything that affected my alliergies. Thanks again.

The fact that the materials used are low on chemicals (not too strong, it appears)

Thank you.
