Very little chemicals used, nice techs, on-time scheduling, friendly office personnel. BUT! I don't like the added surcharges: fuel (it was never mentioned during any conversation prior to appt).

There was white residue left at my garage area - the techs should have cleaned it up instead of me.

Great service and quick drying. I waited time suggested and have had no problems. Carpet and furniture look and feel good.

Service technician contacted us prior to service and arranged to arrive 30 minutes early.

We had pretty dirty carpet in the bedroom and would like to have Dale (or other) to come back as missed a spot or two, easy to do as the room was pretty dark. I always recommend this company...great work and reliable, they are there when they say they will be.
