Your personnel are very professional and friendly. I like that you don't use soaps on the carpets, your special water has cleaned our carpet very well - except this time. we have had Zerorez clean our carpet and tile several times in the past and were completely satisfied, UNTIL NOW. There is one area that is still showing "spots" that could have used a little bit more attention. We didn't see the dark area when the carpet was still wet but now that the carpet is dry the dark area is very obvious. I think I will try to get the spots out with dawn detergent.

THE SERVICE THAT YOU GAVE AT STONERIDGE CREEK IN MY APARTMENT WAS EXCELLENT. ALSO THE TWO AREA RUGS THAT I HAD CLEANED AND WERE RETURNED ON TUESDAY. I CAN'T REMEMBER THAT MY AREA RUGS LOOKED SO CLEAN, ALMOST LIKE NEW AND I'VE HAD THEM FOR MANY YEARS. THANK YOU FOR THE WONDERFUL JOB.

Clean, chemical free application that leaves my carpet smelling fresh. The carpet comes out better than new because it doesn't have any unpleasant odors! The service is great and the people are very considerate and friendly.
