I like supporting companies that are environmentally friendly. I have used Zerorez before and I have found the staff and workmen to be prompt, courteous, responsive, and very professional. My only issue is the 4 hour window. I think it's too long and I almost didn't make the appointment because of it.

I have had a few different carpet companies clean over the years. Zero Rez was very professional. The carpets were cleaner and drying time was less than the others I used. I will be using Zero Rez from now on.

The work that was provided was really great. Your employee was very thorough and efficient, and he did a great job all by himself. I am pregnant and my husband was not home at the time and he was very sweet and courteous and made me feel really safe in my home with a stranger, which was very important to me. Give him a raise!!!
