Pick up some of the lighter furniture, such as dining room chairs. Or at least tell me ahead of time that I need to move them myself. It would have taken me 3 minutes to move my 4 very light dining chairs out of the way so the carpet under the table could be cleaned better.

Overall, great service, on time, pleasant technicians. I will highly recommend zerorez!

The carpet cleaning process is very efficient and low impact. The carpets always look and smell so clean, and the drying time is minimal. I like the way staff makes me aware of the additional services available without being pushy. This last time, the service staff took my oriental in for cleaning at your central facility. It came back absolutely gorgeous, including the fringe!

The person who cleaned my carpet was friendly and professional. He came on time, did a great job and answered my questions. Lady on phone was also very nice, polite and was able to get me an appointment when I wanted. Rugs came out great; soft, clean and there wasn't any smell.
