The technician (his name is Eduardo Rodriguez) took his time to explain everything at detail and also gave me recommendation of other products and services that should be available for me that will benefits in general the durability of my carpet.
Easy to make an appointment, I appreciate the appointment reminder and the heads-up call 30 minutes before the technician arrived.
