OMG My rug looks so much better than I ever thought was possible. After 15 years of no professional cleaning, I didn't think it would turn out so good but the price was right. And the team sent out, Tony and Jasiel, were WONDERFUL. I am planning now on keeping it up every couple months and somehow would like to request the same technicians. Main thing I like the fact that no detergent is used on the carpets. I heard Zerorez advertised often on KGO radio.
My carpets don't just look clean; they 'feel' clean. Th Zerorez process dries much more quickly than the "other guys" wet carpet. The scheduling personnel are always extremely gracious, understanding and accommodating. The cleaning technicians are professional and polite.
