the people are very helpful explaining the process and services so I can make sure to get what I need. They took the time to explain why they knew my area rug was wool instead of synthetic and also the why the coating on my carpet would prevent the spotting issues I was having. I am happy to pay the money if I understand the purpose and value of it.

Chris Anderson and Loreto were great. We've hired Chris in the past and he is always so professional and knowledgable. They knew exactly what they were doing and not only removed wine and puppy stains but also the nasty chemicals or soaps left behind from prior carpet cleaners. Our carpets have been restored and are now once again soft and clean. Thank you, Zerorez, Chris and Loreto.
