I have had a few different carpet companies clean over the years. Zero Rez was very professional. The carpets were cleaner and drying time was less than the others I used. I will be using Zero Rez from now on.

My Team cleaned a carpet that had been previously cleaned by a competitor, and they got all the spots that were missed! I am very pleased with the way the carpet now looks and feel now. The tile in the hallway and kitchen looks better, but I believe with a little more scrub of the brush in some areas, and it would have been fantastic. So I would only give an "8" on the tile cleaning. Partially my fault, I could have given a heads up on certain areas that take a little more traffic than others.
