I picked Zerorez because there would be no soap build-up that have made my carpets become dirty faster in the past with other carpet cleaner companies.
I was so impressed by Zerorez, they were to come between 12 noon & 4:00 and they called and came at Noon. The technician asked questions about the stains on the carpet, when he was done I couldn't believe how clean they looked, all the spots were gone. I highly recommend Zerorez, I will definitely use them again.

No chemicals, or soap were used to clean my rugs that leave a residue to attract dirt.

These guys are amazing! They were on time, coordinated our mutual show-up time over the magic of cell phones, and made my carpets look out-of-the-box fresh & clean! Even got rid of some stains I thought I'd have to live with forever...the mustard stains I already knew I'd pretty much have to, but even they are better. The only thing that baffled me was carpet cleaners who cannot move furniture? You guys need a better insurance company...even if the result is we gotta pay a bit more. That part is just bizarre.

The people I spoke with from the first phone call to the service representatives are friendly and professional. Super easy to work with and efficient too.

Excellent serivice...you should have two men/women per cleaning...in order to better upsell...I would also actively recruit women...and, I would look to hire technicians right out of high school and the military...and give them franchise opportunities.

I like that you do what you say you will do. I value the appt confirmation the day before the appt. I like that the person coming to our house called to confirm his approximate arrival time.I like the top notch results of the cleaning. Everything happened, as I expected it should.
